The Shift Supervisor Packaging plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the packaging operations within a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production output. This position is responsible for leading a team of packaging operators, coordinating shift activities, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
