Responsibilities Functions could range from working in the following areas: Pizza, Meat/Seafood, Dish/Prep, Bakery, or Bar (Over the age of 21) Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage food service customer orders from order taking to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, bussing tables, and organizing kitchen equipment Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food preparation and cooking tasks Uphold food safety standards through proper food handling, sanitation practices, and cleanliness protocols Assist in food industry best practices such as serving guests, managing food safety management procedures, and supporting quick service or fast-food restaurant operations Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers Experience in food preparation, food handling, bussing, sanitation, or kitchen operations is highly valued Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food industry procedures is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
