Job Description

Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Foothills Retirement Community. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality dining services and experiences. You will be working closely with our kitchen staff, servers, and management team to ensure that our residents are satisfied with their dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dining room operations and ensure that our residents receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Supervise and train dining room staff
  • Ensure that dining room is properly set up and maintained, including tables, chairs, linens, and silverware
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to our residents' satisfaction
