The Woodcreek Club is seeking an energetic, service-oriented, and hands-on Director of Food & Beverage to lead the daily front-of-house operations of our Food & Beverage team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, developing staff, maintaining service standards, and helping build a culture of accountability and hospitality within a growing private club environment. The Director of Food & Beverage will report directly to the Head Chef and work in close partnership with the culinary team to ensure seamless dining experience for members and guests. While responsible for front-of-house leadership, this individual will serve as a collaborative partner in the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation, helping align services, communication, staffing, and member satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will be a visible leader who values teamwork, takes ownership of member experiences, and is committed to helping elevate Woodcreek's dining program as an integral part of the club experience.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
