Pro:

Arrive bright and early to set up for success—unlock, count tills, and prep everything for the day's rush. Close - cleaning, prepping, counting and lock up!

Lead & Motivate:

Manage a small crew of team members, set daily goals, and keep spirits high.

Customer Connection:

Deliver exceptional service, handle orders with a smile, and resolve any issues with grace.

Prep & Train:

Make smoothies, prep ingredients, and help train new team members on Smoothie King standards.

Keep It Fresh:

Maintain a spotless store by following cleaning schedules and food-safety guidelines. What We're Looking For A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and uplifting a team. Someone reliable and punctual Friendly, positive, and customer-focused with great communication skills. Comfortable handling morning responsibilities (typically starting around 6-7 a.m.) and evenings ( we close at 9pm!) Previous food service or leadership experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. Growth Opportunities This isn't just a job—it's the first step toward a career.
