Responsibilities Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Lead staff training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a skilled and motivated team. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours. Work in a high-quality environment, set the example for exceptional experiences. Skills Proven experience high-quality restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of service techniques, wine knowledge and mixology experience required. Familiarity with POS, Canvas, Micro Soft Office. Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, managing hospitality operations, and leading staff training programs. Expertise in inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle cash handling duties accurately and perform basic math calculations. Experience in managing restaurant or casual dining establishments with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience with planning private events, prior banquet experience very helpful.
