Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the breakfast buffet restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Plan and execute special events, such as banquets or catering services
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
  • Previous experience in high volume restaurant management/supervisor or a related field
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
  • Knowledge of food service industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with restaurant software for point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
