What you will do Performs and oversees work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems. Determines the nature of the problem and ensures that repairs are completed in a timely manner. Performs and guides the maintenance of machinery incidental to system operations. Demonstrates effective customer service skills promoting a positive work environment and contributes to the overall team effort. Understands and applies all policies, procedures and standards. Demonstrates safe work practices and visibly leads other Associates in supporting a strong safety culture.

  • Good written and verbal communication. Ability to read and write and to communicate verbally an in writing with other individuals. Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations. Ability to communicate verbally with co-workers. Ability to work from drawings, diagrams, sketches and verbal instructions. Ability to organize tasks and maintain control of work flow.
