Autonomously performs service work and preventative maintenance and repairs on specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical/ electronic, hydraulics, carpentry or machine servicing. A Brief Overview Autonomously performs service work and preventative maintenance and repairs on specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical/ electronic, hydraulics, carpentry or machine servicing. Leads other Facility Services Associates by assigning/planning/scheduling work and reviewing quality of work performed. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. What you will do Performs and oversees work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems. Determines the nature of the problem and ensures that repairs are completed in a timely manner. Performs and guides the maintenance of machinery incidental to system operations. Demonstrates effective customer service skills promoting a positive work environment and contributes to the overall team effort. Understands and applies all policies, procedures and standards. Demonstrates safe work practices and visibly leads other Associates in supporting a strong safety culture.
