We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to grow into Team Leaders with our team. If hired you will go through a 60-90 day training period. During the training period you will work alongside our team of Directors, be evaluated and given feedback on your leadership skills and capacity. By the end of the training period, dependent on performance and capacity, you will either move forward as a Team Leader or given the opportunity to stay on as a Team Member. Your Impact:
Managing and Developing a team of 30+ Collaborate with the Supervisor team and Store Director to create and implement new policies/procedures Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction Reporting directly to the Supervisor Team and Store Director to discuss the current/future state of the store Prior experience as a restaurant manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor or shift lead is very helpful to your success at this job. Requirements/Responsibilities The Team Leader position is responsible for: Opening or closing the store Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills. Qualifications 1-2 years of Leadership Experience Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred) Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation that has many moving parts Passion for Chick-fil-A values Open availability Team Leader is generally a full time opportunity and offers excellent benefits.
