The Cookie Bar is looking for a dependable, outgoing Shift Lead who can help keep our bakery running smoothly, support our team, and create a great experience for our customers. We're a locally owned, growing bakery, and this is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside the team while also helping lead the shift, keep production on track, solve problems, and make sure things get done. This position has the opportunity to grow in additional leadership opportunities What You'll Do Lead and support the team during assigned shifts Keep the bakery organized, stocked, clean, and running smoothly Help coordinate daily baking and production Provide friendly, confident customer service Open and/or close the bakery Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Train and support team members Help maintain food safety and quality standards Monitor ingredient and product levels Handle customer questions or concerns professionally Assist with baking, decorating, packaging, and other production as needed We're Looking for Someone Who Is Reliable and dependable .
