As a key player in our morning operations, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure food safety standards are met, and lead your team to deliver top-notch service with enthusiasm and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the morning shift team to ensure smooth restaurant operations from opening to mid-day Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain high quality and safety standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor inventory control to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and support food cost management Train new staff and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills in food service, customer service, and safety protocols Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation procedures consistently across the shift Conduct shift meetings to communicate goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff toward excellent performance Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Assist with managing budgets, profit and loss analysis, and overall restaurant performance metrics Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the hospitality or food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and food production efficiently Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, training & development, and staff supervision Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash handling, and financial reporting Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is a plus; banquet or catering experience is advantageous Ability to work independently during morning hours with a proactive approach to leadership Join us as a Morning Shift ONLY
