Job Overview Paco Pops is a family-oriented ice cream and popsicle shop located in Porter, TX. We are looking for a dependable and energetic Team Lead to join our team. This position combines leadership responsibilities with customer service and cashier duties in a fast-paced, fun environment. We are seeking someone who is positive, friendly, hardworking, and enjoys working with both customers and team members. Previous restaurant, fast-food, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual with leadership potential. Responsibilities Serve customers ice cream, popsicles, and freshly prepared snacks such as banana splits, nachos, corn in a cup, prepared chips, and other menu items Process customer orders and payments using a POS system Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable experience at Paco Pops Maintain cleanliness throughout the shop, including workstations, tables and chairs, freezers, sneeze guards, customer areas, and restrooms Sweep and mop as needed to maintain a clean environment Lead team members and assist with daily operations and assigned tasks Qualifications & Skills Leadership and team management skills Friendly and professional attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Dependable and punctual Requirements Must have a Food Handler Certificate or be able to obtain one before starting Must have reliable availability to work Fridays and weekends Team Lead schedules are based on business needs and may vary; a specific weekend rotation or permanently fixed schedule is not guaranteed Scheduled hours are generally between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM Must be able to work well under pressure Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Pay:

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
