Duties Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including training, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-energy team environment. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient shift management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service standards. Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to guarantee memorable dining experiences. Coordinate food service activities, including food preparation oversight and ensuring timely delivery of orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Control inventory levels related to front-of-house supplies and assist with food handling procedures to maintain safety and quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at shift end. Support staff training initiatives on food safety management, hospitality best practices, and team development strategies. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in managing hospitality teams. Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or food service management roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Prior experience in fine dining, casual dining, banquet service, catering, or hotel food service is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, within the food industry. Excellent managerial communication skills with experience in team training, and leadership development. Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and budgeting tasks.
