We need a Service Lead to run shifts at Midway. You open, you close, you run service on your own, and the building holds the same standard whether or not a manager is in it. This is the step between Server and Assistant Manager, and we promote from it. why harvest The shift is yours to run, so section assignments, pacing, staffing calls, and guest recovery are decisions you make on the floor rather than questions you send up. Raises and advancement follow published criteria, not tenure or favoritism, with a growth path from Service Lead to Assistant Manager to Restaurant Manager. Your pay is guaranteed at $20 to $22 per hour with potential for more through the tip pool. Shift meals are included. We grow our people the same way we grow the business, so this is a career, not just a job. what you'll own Running service as Leader on Duty, from the pre-shift briefing through peak, with staffing cut or extended in real time and problems solved in the moment Opening and closing the building independently, as a keyholder The guest experience from greeting to farewell, including complaints resolved on the spot with authority to comp or recover Coaching and training on the floor, with new hires learning alongside you Success looks like a shift you ran being indistinguishable from one the Restaurant Manager ran, a team that executes without constant direction, and problems that get solved during the shift instead of handed to the next person. what we're looking for At least a year in restaurant front-of-house with real leadership on the floor Ability to direct a team through high-volume service and stay calm while doing it Comfort opening and closing a restaurant on your own Food safety and health code knowledge Clear communication between kitchen and floor in real time Reliability, meaning on time every time and dependable for the shifts that matter Toast POS and 7shifts experience is a plus, not a requirement. Schedule:

32 to 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
