Starting Pay:

Responsibilities Lead by example and help create a positive, respectful, and productive work environment. Support, coach, and provide direction to team members throughout the shift. Help organize the shift by assigning tasks and ensuring responsibilities are completed. Provide excellent guest service and ensure the team maintains a high level of guest satisfaction. Address guest questions or concerns professionally and help find appropriate solutions. Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and food safety. Prepare and serve food according to company, health, and safety standards. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures are followed. Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and assist with cash accountability. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned. Monitor the restaurant throughout the shift and communicate operational concerns to management. Help identify opportunities to improve team performance, service, organization, and efficiency. Step into different positions when necessary to support the team and keep operations running smoothly. Work collaboratively with team members and management to create an excellent experience for every guest. Requirements A friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude is a must. A leadership mindset with a willingness to take initiative, accept responsibility, help others, and set a positive example. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and doing the right thing. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, guests, and management. Ability to stay organized and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to coach, support, and help develop other team members. Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to restaurant standards in a respectful and professional way. Dependability and a strong sense of ownership over the success of the shift. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required .
