As a Dining Services Coordinator, you lead the community's dining and hospitality operations—delivering exceptional service, high-quality meals, and an outstanding resident experience.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee food preparation and service in alignment with Sunrise culinary programs
- Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning
- Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals
- Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
- Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
- Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
- Support special events and community marketing initiatives You serve as both a culinary leader and hospitality champion—ensuring quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
