Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Supervisor Do you love leading people, staying busy, and creating memorable experiences for guests? Bruster's Real Ice Cream is looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable Supervisor to join our leadership team! This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. What You'll Do As a Bruster's Supervisor, you'll help lead day-to-day operations while setting the standard for excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and motivate team members during each shift Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude Make Bruster's premium ice cream treats and specialty desserts Decorate ice cream cakes and pies with creativity and attention to detail Train and coach team members to uphold Bruster's standards Open and close the store when scheduled Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the store Receive, organize, and put away inventory and deliveries Monitor product quality and assist with daily operational tasks Assist with catering, community events, and off-site events when needed Help solve problems quickly while keeping the team focused and productive Lead by example and create a fun, positive work environment
