A SENIOR FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST
assists the Food Services Manager in planning menus and is also responsible for the preparation of meals and directing workflow in the Food Services Department. I.Essential Functions Responsible for cooking and preparing meals for the 3rd shift Responsible for getting the meat orders for 2nd and 3rd Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision. Must work as a team player, ensuring standard operating specifications are achieved and in a safe/efficient manner Communicate well with other team members Must follow the Company's GMP's, SOP's, plant rules, other policies, and codes of conduct. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions Strive to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external customers Other duties as assigned. Work with minimal supervision Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch for extended periods of time II.Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED equivalent or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
