someone who doesn't just run machines, but develops talent and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, judgment, and craftsmanship shape the success of others. Compensation $32

Day Work Week:

Train during the day (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm), then move to 4 pm-2:30 am. No mandatory overtime
