Scope:
The Equipment Maint. Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation and activities for the maintenance department team to ensure all equipment is operational. This role may operate and provide supervision and training in the operation of various tools, interpret technical data from diagrams, sketches, blueprints and operational manualsWork Schedule:
Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am and be able to work weekends on a rotational basis.Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising the activities of all maintenance technicians. This includes the assignment of tasks, coordination of activities with other departments and training of staff in the skills they will need to successfully fulfill their job duties. Shall review activities of staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of work performed. Shall serve as the shift's emergency maintenance contact person for production and engineering personnel. Will daily communicate the status of all work completed or in progress to the Maintenance Manager and the rest of the project & emergency maintenance staff. Must adhere and follow up to ensure staff adheres to all environmental, safety and health policies plans and procedures. Must complete all departmental documentation neatly, completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Shall schedule, supervise and assist with projects on assigned weekends. Shall perform other related duties as required by the Management and deemed required and necessary.Note:

Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment Ability to troubleshoot control circuits Ability to use various tools, to include but not limited to, basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screw drivers, measuring devices, etc.), power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders, etc.) Ability to follow technical data and instructions (e.g., operation manuals, schematics, and diagrams) Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift 50 pounds without straining Demonstrated organizational and leadership skillsMinimum Qualification:
3 years of preventative maintenance, repair and/or installation of industrial/commercial electro-mechanical equipment using skills associated with trades such as: electrical, mechanical, electronics, HVAC, plumbing and welding Licensing and journeyman status is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent preferred #LI-JS1 #ISBU Compensation and Benefits:

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $78,953- $131,589 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
