Schedule is:

5 days a week from 3pm-8pm (20hrs/week). Days negotiable.

Major Responsibilities:

Fulfills the duties of a Server or Runner as needed This job requires driving the campus bus to pick up/drop off residents on campus for dinners. Applicant must be 21 years or older and must have a drivers license in good standing. Expedite dinners at Fairfield Dining Room May assist with dinner preparation as needed Interviews potential new staff Trains new serving staff Makes monthly schedule Trouble shoots potential problems in the Dining Room Provides clear information on dietary needs of residents to servers Fills out routine paperwork Performs other duties as required

Special Skills:

Ability to maintain a routine and organized activities Attention to detail Time management skills Openly communicative Because of the level of interaction with residents, the position requires someone with a high level of people skills. Must be able to read, speak, and write the English language, as well as follow written and oral instructions. Some supervisory or hands on serving experience preferred This job requires driving the campus bus to pick up/drop off residents on campus for dinners. Applicant must be 21 years or older and must have a drivers license in good standing.
