Responsibilities:

Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks in a polite and professional manner Assigns all job duties to service staff including cleaning tasks as required Monitors and maintains all cafe areas to be clean and hazard free at all times Maintains constant interaction with all guests to ensure satisfaction Assist with FOH café schedules Assist with pre-service meetings for team members Operate various café equipment, handle cash and point-of-sale systems, and assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:
