Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Bar Lead (18+) to oversee our vibrant supper club and special events bar operations. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing bar staff, and ensuring smooth service during our exclusive evening events. Your leadership will create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy expertly crafted beverages and memorable moments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while fostering team development and maintaining top-tier service standards. This is a part-time position depending on events booked. Responsibilities Lead and supervise bar staff during supper club and event service, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to quality standards Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation Oversee food preparation related to bar offerings, including garnishing, presentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards Train new team members on beverage preparation, customer service protocols, health & safety procedures, and POS usage Maintain a clean, organized bar area in accordance with health regulations and company policies Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking sales performance and controlling costs during shift management Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, beverage service, or bar management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising or team management experience in hospitality settings Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Culinary or bartending experience including cocktail crafting is preferred but not mandatory Join us as a Bar Lead (18+) where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine!
