Job Description

What You Will Do:
It is the responsibility of the Food Service Team Lead to perform a variety of duties to support the effective functioning of the department including, but not limited to: supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, learning the various roles within the department, and performing the routine duties of a Supervisor when he/she is unavailable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, mentoring others, and stepping into a leadership role when needed.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Food & Nutrition Services department Learning and assisting in the various roles throughout the department Serving as the department's leadership resource and performing routine supervisory responsibilities when the Supervisor is unavailable Helping promote efficient operations and a positive team environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's Degree (or other degree) in Culinary Arts or Food Services preferred.
