Job Description

Kitchen Lead Position - Daytime We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant seeking an experienced Kitchen Lead to join our team and help run our busy kitchen operations.
Schedule:
Ranging from Sunday to Saturday; we can accommodate two days off
Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking high-quality dishes during service Delegating tasks effectively to kitchen team members Overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high standards Recording and managing inventory levels Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Training new hires to meet restaurant standards
Requirements:
Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to food quality and safety Accurately prepare all menu items following the Chef's exact recipes and plating standards If you're experienced preparing and cooking food in a restaurant (preferably not fast food) and want to step into a leadership role, apply today!

$15.00 - $24.00 per hour
