Staff Management at Old Wisconsin is hiring a part-time Seasonal Group Lead for our 2nd Shift Giftbox Program. Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pm, no weekends unless production is behind. Duties:
+ Supervise team of 20-25 associates. + Train new associates. + Ensure adequate work available for team. + Ensure nightly quota is met. + Ensure production remains clean/organized and is cleaned up after shift. + Work alongside team. .
Position Requirements:
+ Able to complete most production tasks with minimal errors. + Positive and coachable. + Understands everyone learns differently and at a different pace. + Willingness to adapt and grow as processes change. + Able to effectively communicate with Associates, Supervisors and Client. + Previous entry level supervisory experience preferred.
Requirements:
Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, No Background Check Required, No Drug Test Required.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
