Job Description

The Area Supervisor is responsible for supervising hourly employees in the performance of assigned activities within the operation, by performing the Essential Duties outlined below.
Primary Essential Duties:
This is an overview of essential duties a more comprehensive list of expectations and responsibilities will be provided at interview Supports and maintains high level of guest satisfaction at all times. Takes necessary action to ensure that all food and service standards are met. Ensures a safe work environment and enforces safety guidelines. Maintains good communication with guests and employees. Ensures proper sanitation guidelines are followed. Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 2 years in a supervisory role preferred. Ability to lead and coach employees. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Education /
Licenses Required:
Associates Degree in Hospitality or commensurate experience. Serve Safe certification within 60 days of hire

Pay:
$14.00 - $15.50 per hour
