In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hotels, restaurants, transportation, sightseeing activities, and other travel-related services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced travel industry professional to become an important member of our growing team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate travel arrangements for group tours visiting the United States from Japan Arrange and manage hotel accommodations, restaurants, and sightseeing activities Coordinate transportation services, including buses, flights, rail, ferry services, and rental vehicles Prepare tour quotations and itinerary-related documentation Arrange guides, airport transfers, and other travel services Promote and support travel-related products and services Monitor reservations and resolve travel-related issues as they arise Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and business partners in both Japan and the United States Qualifications Required Practical experience in the travel industry Fluent Japanese language skills Business-level English proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Three or more years of experience in the travel industry Experience coordinating group travel and tours Knowledge of the U.S. travel and tourism industry Experience using travel reservation systems or related industry software What We're Looking For We are looking for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences.
