Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Leisure Travel Administrative Support professional, to provide administrative and operational support to our high-producing Independent Travel Affiliates. In this role, you will assist with travel research, itinerary preparation, reservation support, invoicing, documentation, gifts, special requests, and other administrative tasks that help our advisors deliver an exceptional experience to their clients. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about travel, comfortable working with travel technology and reservation systems, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service. Duties Provide administrative and operational support to senior leisure Independent Travel Affiliates. Research flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel components based on advisors and client requirements. Assist with creating and maintaining comprehensive travel itineraries for FIT and luxury leisure travel. Utilize reservation systems and GDS platforms to research, modify, and assist with reservations as requested by advisors. Generate invoices through CBO and ensure booking and billing information is accurate and consistent with advisor instructions. Maintain accurate and organized client, itinerary, reservation, and booking documentation in CBO. Assist with preparation of final travel documents, itineraries, confirmations, and other client-facing materials. Assist with visa applications, gifts, special requests, and other ancillary travel arrangements. Communicate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, suppliers, and other travel partners to obtain information and coordinate requested services. Assist advisors with special client requests and itinerary changes. Create value-added travel content, including custom maps, travel guides, and destination information. Utilize AXUS and other travel technology platforms to support itinerary creation and client documentation. Follow advisor's instructions carefully while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Provide general administrative support to the Leisure Travel team as needed. Requirements Proven experience working in a sales or customer service environment within a travel agency. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, planning tools, reservation systems, and global distribution systems (GDS) platforms, Sabre experience preferred. Experience with CBO, AXUS, or similar travel technology platforms is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and booking information. Exceptional communication skills to follow instructions and deliver personalized service Strong customer service orientation and a professional, collaborative approach. Familiarity with travel scheduling processes and exhibit accurate documentation of trip arrangements Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in travel agency supporting hig-producing leisure advisors is highly preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for travel meets your talent for organization! Hourly Rate:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications
Pay:
