We Provide the Leads. You Show the Properties. Our team handles the marketing, renter leads, scheduling, applications, owner communication, and leasing coordination.

Your role is simple:

Attend scheduled property showings Give prospective renters a great tour Answer basic property questions Encourage interested renters to apply Follow up with our team after each showing What We Handle Renter lead generation Property marketing Appointment scheduling Application processing Owner communication Leasing coordination Schedule Completely Flexible Accept showing opportunities based on your availability and preferred areas throughout Los Angeles. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Earn commission from successful rental transactions generated through your showings. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
