Job Description
Start Your Career in Travel Sales This is a career-track opportunity to develop you into a full fledge Travel Advisor. You'll begin in a support role (Office Assistant & Quoting Agent) while receiving hands-on training with real client bookings. As you grow, you'll transition into a client-facing sales rolewhere you'll manage your own set of clients in addition to getting in where you fit in. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail oriented, and excited to build a long-term career in travel sales. What You'll Do Support senior advisors with real client quotes and trip planning Learn how to design and sell custom travel experiences Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email Gather traveler details and assist with trip proposals Maintain and organize client files with accurate data Prepare the office and create a welcoming client environment Assist with bookings, follow-ups, and confirmations Support monthly client events and promotions Learn industry systems, suppliers, and sales techniques Where You'll Grow As you progress, you will transition into: Managing your own client relationships Designing and booking full-service travel experiences Building a repeat client base with referrals Becoming a trusted Travel Advisor within our agency Who We're Looking For People who are: ✔ Goal-oriented and motivated by growth and earning potential ✔ Interested in building a long-term career in sales and travel ✔ Highly organized and detail-driven ✔ Professional, confident, and client-focused ✔ Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems ✔ Positive, dependable, and proactive ✔ Strong communicators who enjoy helping and connecting with people ✔ Team players who contribute to a fast paced environment Travel experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and drive matter more.
Schedule & Expectations Monday-Friday:
