The Fiscal Administrator will support travel-related financial processing, including invoices, reimbursements, travel advances, and reservations for staff and witnesses. Responsibilities
- Arrange travel accommodations, including air, ground transportation, meals, and hotel reservations for staff and witnesses.
- Audit and process travel advances, reimbursement payments, witness meal affidavits, and travel-related invoices.
- Review and process airline, car rental, lodging, and other travel vendor invoices for payment.
- Reconcile reports and ensure travel-related financial records are accurate and complete.
- Serve as backup support to other travel coordinators as needed.
- Perform additional administrative and fiscal support duties as assigned.

Miami, FL. Required Qualifications and Skills- Coordinate complex travel reservations for staff and witnesses.
- Audit and process travel-related invoices, advances, and reimbursements.
- Reconcile reports and maintain accurate fiscal documentation.
- Support accounts payable functions related to travel expenses.
- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of accounts payable experience.
- Related experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including working knowledge of Excel. Preferred Qualifications
- Current or previous travel coordination experience.
- Experience processing travel reimbursements, travel advances, or vendor invoices.
- Familiarity with administrative support in a structured professional or business services environment.
