The Reservation Specialist will be tasked with managing day-to-day activity while providing superior customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Utilize Lodging IQ's reservation system to book hotel rooms for customers accurately and efficiently Gather all necessary information from customers, including travel dates, preferred hotel amenities, and special requests, ensuring a smooth reservation process Handle last-minute reservation changes, cancellations, and modifications promptly and efficiently Respond to urgent customer requests, such as room upgrades, special requests, or additional amenities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Assist with invoice reconciliation and dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

1+ year in a business, customer service, and/or call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Strong research and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and thorough Experience in hotel industry preferred, but not required Computer skills are required.
