Based in Merchantville, NJ, we're a boutique travel agency built around something an online booking site simply can't offer: personal relationships, expert guidance, and someone who is there for every detail from the first conversation through the journey home. Now, we're growing our team. We're looking for a full-time Travel Associate who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the travel industry from the inside out. This isn't just an administrative position. You'll work directly with clients, learn alongside an experienced travel advisor, build relationships with leading travel brands, and develop the skills that go into creating exceptional travel experiences. Responsibilities Support travel planning and booking coordination Help maintain strong long-term client relationships Assist with events, marketing materials, and client follow-up Prepare quotes, confirmations, and travel documents Answer phones and assist clients in person and by email Learn supplier systems and destination knowledge through training Maintain accurate client records and communications Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Experienced traveler outside the US (i.e., Caribbean, international destinations) Interest in traveling and/or hospitality Professional, reliable, and comfortable multitasking Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Preferred but not required: Experience in travel planning, hospitality, events, or customer service Knowledge of Disney, cruises, destination weddings, or luxury travel Familiarity with Canva or social media tools What We Offer Access to Sandals, Beaches, Disney, Princess Cruises, and other world-class supplier training programs, certifications, and familiarization trip opportunities Direct mentorship and hands-on training Career growth opportunities within the travel industry Supportive, team-oriented office environment Most entry-level positions in travel teach you a booking system.
