Together We Thrive Counseling Position Overview Together We Thrive Counseling is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Level Therapists to join our growing mental health team. We provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families , including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, developmental disabilities, behavioral concerns, and other complex needs. This position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing individualized, client-centered care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. Therapists will provide services primarily in clients' homes and community-based settings , with the flexibility to develop a schedule that works for both the clinician and the families served. Licensed Levels We Are Hiring Master-Level Clinicians LSW — Licensed Social Worker LAC — Licensed Associate Counselor Clinical-Level Clinicians LCSW — Licensed Clinical Social Worker LPC — Licensed Professional Counselor Position Type Part-time or Full-time Independent Contractor Flexible scheduling Clinicians have the ability to choose their availability Community-based and in-home services Services primarily provided throughout Camden County and Burlington County, New Jersey Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed approaches, behavioral interventions, and other clinically appropriate treatment modalities. Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family concerns, developmental disabilities, and other mental health needs. Provide therapeutic services in the client's home and/or community setting when clinically appropriate. Develop positive therapeutic relationships with clients and families while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards. Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions as clinically appropriate. Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, following agency policies and professional standards. Collaborate with parents, guardians, schools, case managers, social workers, medical professionals, and other members of the client's treatment team. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required records. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, agency policies, and applicable professional licensing requirements. Participate in supervision, consultation, training, and ongoing professional development as required. Advocate for clients and assist families in connecting with appropriate community resources and support services. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with clients, families, and collaborating professionals. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Appropriate New Jersey professional credential/license, including LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC , depending on clinical level. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families is preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, behavioral concerns, or co-occurring mental health needs is a plus. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and behavioral health practices. Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients and families. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Strong understanding of professional ethics, confidentiality, HIPAA, and clinical boundaries. Reliable transportation and the ability to provide services in community and/or home-based settings may be required. Starting rate: $65 per hour Rate increases to $70 per hour after 3 months , based on continued engagement and applicable agency requirements. Clinical-Level Clinicians
LCSW / LPC

Pay:
$65.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 20.0 per week
