The Cruise Travel Agent will work with customers by phone, email, and online to recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, excursions, packages, and travel options that align with each client's needs and budget. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with planning and booking cruise vacations, including international cruise itineraries, travel packages, excursions, and related services. Recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, upgrades, and travel options based on client preferences, schedules, budgets, and travel goals. Manage reservations, payments, booking changes, cancellations, travel documentation, and customer follow-up. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process to help ensure a smooth travel experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales, repeat bookings, and referrals. Stay current on cruise destinations, promotions, travel requirements, industry trends, and available travel products.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
