You will manage bookings of different excursions with incentive to finalize sale. You will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services and to maintain bookings up to date! Possibility+ of working Remote after 90 Days probation period. Base Salary + Comission + monthly Bonus Responsibilities Explain and Sell tours Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them. Provide relevant information to travelers Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints. Network with tour operators and managers respond in a timely matter text messages and social media messages Qualifications Proven work experience in sales/ customer service Fluency in English and Spanish Strong sales skills and commercial awareness Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. Ability to multitask
