Position Overview We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Scheduling & Booking Specialist focused on hotel bookings. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and securing hotel accommodations that align with their needs and preferences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have an interest in travel, and are comfortable working in a remote environment. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with selecting and booking hotel accommodations Provide accurate information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and availability Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience Stay informed on travel trends and hotel offerings Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access Interest in travel and hospitality Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not required.
