Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent specializing in Hajj and Umrah arrangements to join our dedicated team. Duties Assist clients in planning and booking Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, ensuring all religious requirements are met with precision Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) and reservation systems to secure flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements efficiently Provide detailed travel itineraries tailored to individual needs, including scheduling flights, hotel stays, transportation, and special religious activities Communicate clearly with clients regarding travel documentation, health protocols, and safety guidelines specific to Hajj and Umrah journeys Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local agents to ensure smooth logistics across all aspects of the pilgrimage Maintain organized records of bookings, client preferences, and travel documents for easy access and future reference Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the planning process Skills Proven experience as a Travel Agent with specialized knowledge of Hajj & Umrah arrangements Strong familiarity with the travel industry's reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) platforms Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Outstanding client communication skills to understand needs clearly and provide transparent guidance Deep understanding of travel scheduling, visa processes, health protocols, and religious requirements for Hajj & Umrah trips Experience working remotely in a sales environment or customer service setting is highly desirable Ability to handle complex travel planning with efficiency and professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating memorable spiritual journeys for pilgrims around the world!
