In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience, supporting guests from the moment they book to the time of their departure. As a member of our guest services team, you will ensure all guest inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, courteously, and confidently. Your expertise in hospitality, travel, and customer service will be essential as you guide guests through the process of booking flights, accommodations, and activities tailored to their preferences.   • Deliver outstanding customer service with a consistently friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries via phone or email, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide expert guidance on pre-travel preparation.
  • Convey information about visas, flights, packing, budgeting and general expectations.
  • Manage bookings efficiently, maintaining accurate records of communications, payments, and action items requiring follow-up.
  • Coordinate and confirm arrangements with ground operators, ensuring seamless trip logistics.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our destinations and experiences by collaborating with team members, studying provided materials, and actively participating in training sessions.
  • Address issues or complaints with professionalism and resolve them effectively, escalating to a manager when necessary. Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or a related industry is highly preferred.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness.
    Multitasking:
    Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines.
      Customer Service:
      Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building meaningful connections and rapport with clients.
        Communication:
        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
          Sales Savvy:
          Sales experience is a plus, especially in upselling travel packages and services.
            Tech Proficiency:
            Comfortable with travel booking systems and other relevant technologies.
              Team Player:
              Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
