Responsibilities Lead guest groups through planned tour routes with a strong emphasis on safety, clarity, and smooth coordination from start to finish. Create meaningful and memorable experiences by sharing engaging information about the local environment, history, culture, and points of interest relevant to the tour. Oversee group flow and logistics, keeping activities on schedule, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring each part of the experience transitions seamlessly. Maintain high safety standards by giving thorough briefings, staying alert to changing conditions, and responding confidently to any on‑site incidents using appropriate first‑aid or CPR skills. Build genuine connections with guests through attentive communication and personalized interaction.
