Our client is a boutique, provider-owned aesthetic practice built around genuine patient relationships and a natural, refreshed approach to results. This is a growing practice where a provider can build something of their own from the ground up, with real room to expand their schedule and their patient base over time. The Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated aesthetic provider to join their team, offering tox, microneedling, and filler services. This role starts part-time (2 days per week) with a clear path to grow to 4 days per week as the provider builds their own book of business. This is an excellent fit for a provider who wants ownership over how their patient base grows, and who is energized by networking, referrals, and building a personal presence, both in the practice and online. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Licensed RN, NP, or PA Some aesthetics experience, with the ability to independently perform tox, microneedling, and filler services Hospital background Comfortable and confident being active on social media to build a personal, professional presence A genuine go-getter mentality, motivated to build and grow a book of business Open to networking, community outreach, and building referral relationships Understands the sales and relationship-building side of aesthetics, including nurturing patient follow-ups Honest, natural aesthetic philosophy, not focused on overdone results Compensation This role offers $65 per hour for the first 90 days. After 90 days, a bonus structure is added on top of the hourly rate, based on revenue and performance. Schedule This role begins part-time and flexible, at 2 days per week, with the opportunity to grow to 4 days per week as the provider's patient base develops. Sound Like You?
