Responsibilities Ensure the safety of all participants by conducting thorough safety briefings and monitoring during activities Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help participants understand techniques and safety procedures Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment Communicate effectively with guests; adapting your approach to diverse audiences Manage time efficiently to ensure all scheduled activities run smoothly and on time Respond promptly to emergencies or unforeseen situations with calmness and decisive action Skills Strong leadership qualities that motivate and inspire others during outdoor adventures Excellent public speaking skills for delivering engaging safety briefings and instructions Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming and memorable experiences for guests Effective time management to balance multiple activities and responsibilities seamlessly Clear communication skills for instructing groups, providing feedback, and ensuring understanding Teaching experience or the ability to educate participants about outdoor skills and safety protocols Join us as an Adventure Guide and turn your passion for the outdoors into a rewarding career!
