Why You'll Love Working With UsCompetitive Pay and Tips Starting pay of $19.00 per hour Earn additional income through guest tips Biweekly pay Opportunities to take on more tours as you gain experience Flexible Scheduling Choose the days and times you're available Work mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends Build a schedule that works alongside your other commitments Flexible 4-, 8- and 12-hour shift options between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Meet People From Around the World Connect with travelers visiting Miami Share the city's history, culture, neighborhoods and hidden gems Help guests experience Miami through the eyes of a local Make every tour feel personal, engaging and memorable Paid Training and Ongoing Support Receive paid training before leading tours independently Ride along with experienced guides to learn the role Get the tools and support you need to succeed Receive ongoing assistance from our Operations team What You'll Be Doing As a Tour Guide, you will: Welcome guests and create a positive first impression Provide safe and reliable roundtrip transportation Lead small groups of one to six guests Visit Miami's landmarks, attractions and scenic locations Share engaging stories, local history and interesting facts Assist guests with attraction tickets, reservations and tour logistics Keep tours running safely, smoothly and on schedule Deliver an exceptional guest experience from beginning to end Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Can provide a driving record upon request Are comfortable driving while engaging with guests Have strong communication and storytelling skills Are confident speaking to small groups for several hours Are friendly, dependable and punctual Take pride in delivering excellent customer service Love Miami and are excited to show others what makes it special Are available to work weekends, holidays and during peak tourism seasons Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, rideshare driving, customer service or public speaking is an asset—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most. Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills, especially Spanish, are considered an asset.
