In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of tour operations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-tour follow-up. Your leadership skills and passion for hospitality will drive exceptional guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse groups, coordinate logistics, and create unforgettable journeys that leave a lasting impression. Duties Plan, organize, and execute detailed tour itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and special events Lead and supervise tour staff, including guides and support personnel, ensuring high standards of service and safety Manage day-to-day operations at the tour venue, overseeing shift management, guest services, and staff coordination Communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly Monitor budgets, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure financial procedures are followed during tours Write comprehensive reports on tour performance, guest feedback, safety incidents, and operational challenges Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining first aid readiness (including CPR certification) and implementing emergency procedures Qualifications Proven experience in nightclubs or event venue management with a strong background in events management and hospitality Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising staff and managing teams in fast-paced environments Strong operational management skills including shift management, budgeting, cash handling, and logistics coordination Excellent communication skills for managerial decision-making, team management, and customer service interactions Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and data analysis Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; experience in supervising large groups is a plus Knowledge of event venue operations combined with a passion for creating engaging guest experiences First aid and CPR certification to ensure safety standards are met during all activities Join us as a Tour Manager to lead inspiring journeys that captivate guests while honing your leadership talents.
