Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable part-time Tour Guide (15-20 hr/week). This position is ideal for candidates living locally in Waialua or Haleiwa that have a primary source of income and are looking for supplemental income. Compensation includes hourly wage plus tips. Guides will lead groups through various attractions, providing engaging and informative experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling and a basic understanding of the agriculture, food, and chocolate. Training for cacao farming and chocolate making and tasting will be provided. As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing visitors' experiences by educating them about the sites they visit while ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Duties

• Lead groups of tourists through designated routes, providing insightful commentary on the history, culture, and significance of each location.
• Lead a guided chocolate tasting.
• Engage with visitors by answering questions and encouraging interaction to create a memorable experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the tour.
• Manage time effectively to adhere to the scheduled itinerary while allowing for flexibility as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate logistics and enhance tour quality.
• Continuously update knowledge about local attractions, events, and any changes in tour routes or schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or feedback from participants promptly. Skills
