Our Fall Festival runs daily throughout the season , welcoming thousands of guests for family-friendly activities, attractions, shopping, food, and entertainment. While the festival operates every day, our greatest staffing needs are on the peak Saturday and Sunday event days , when attendance is at its highest and the energy is at its best. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage with visitors of all ages, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and smoothly operated festival experience. As a vital member of our team, you'll bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every task, helping guests create lasting memories while enjoying everything the season has to offer. Team members enjoy being part of a lively outdoor environment featuring live music, our on-site café, seasonal attractions, and a fun, festive setting that makes every shift unique. Duties Greet festival attendees warmly, providing excellent customer service and information about event activities Oversee activity areas to ensure safety protocols are followed, including supervising rides or games and enforcing rules Support retail sales at vendor booths or merchandise stations Communicate clearly with team members and guests through public speaking or signage to facilitate smooth operations Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences, including children Excellent communication skills suitable for providing clear instructions to guests Join us for an exciting fall season where your energy makes a difference!
