About the Role As an Bike Tour Guide, you'll lead guests on guided tours along curated routes that showcase Montauk's natural beauty, history, and charm. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and informative experience that reflects the 5-star service standards of our hotel partner. Responsibilities Lead engaging e-bike and bike tours for groups and private guests Deliver clear safety instructions and ensure all riders are comfortable and equipped Share local knowledge and fun facts along the route Monitor group safety and pacing during rides Care for and help maintain bike equipment Qualifications (Preferred): Strong rider with confidence handling bikes and e-bikes for 1-2 hours Previous experience in guest services, guiding, or hospitality preferred Familiarity with Montauk or willingness to learn local history and routes (Locals to Montauk Preferred) Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude Able to manage and lead groups safely and confidently Red Cross CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation Contractor position - $100 per tour (based on experience and availability) Tips (Not pooled)
