On call-Guest Experience Ambassador- Midtown Manhattan Are you outgoing, energetic, and passionate about engaging with people? We are currently seeking enthusiastic "On call-Guest Experience Ambassador" to represent an exciting, immersive guest attraction in Midtown Manhattan. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment while helping visitors discover one of New York City's premier entertainment experiences. As an "On call-Guest Experience Ambassador" , you will serve as the first point of contact for potential guests, creating excitement around the attraction, answering questions, and encouraging ticket sales. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on interacting with people and enjoy working in a dynamic outdoor setting. Schedule & Compensation $20.00 per hour Additional incentive opportunities based on ticket sales performance Typical shifts approximately 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (subject to operational needs) Scheduled 3-4 days per week based on business needs Coverage needed seven days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed Outdoor position requiring work in various weather conditions Key Responsibilities Engage with pedestrians and visitors in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner Promote the attraction and generate interest among tourists and local guests Answer basic questions regarding the experience, location, and ticket options Encourage ticket purchases and help drive guest traffic into the attraction Create positive first impressions and deliver exceptional customer service Meet or exceed performance goals related to guest engagement and ticket sales Represent the attraction professionally while maintaining a positive and energetic presence Provide feedback and observations from guest interactions to management as needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality Comfortable initiating conversations with members of the public Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Sales, hospitality, tourism, promotions, entertainment, or guest services experience preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
