Job Description

Tour Producer, Social & Content

North American College Tour | Immediate Start - November 18, 2026

We're looking for an experienced Tour Producer, Social & Content to lead the on-the-ground content production for entrepreneur and author Ronnen Harary's North American college tour for his book, No Experience Necessary.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both tour production and social-first storytelling.

From October 8 through November 18, Ronnen will travel across the U.S. and Canada, visiting college campuses, speaking with students and entrepreneurs, participating in events and media opportunities, and activating a mobile Airstream experience designed to create meaningful interactions with students.

We are looking for someone to live and breathe the tour from a content perspective: understanding what is happening at every stop, identifying the moments that matter, anticipating what will be needed, and making sure each day is organized to capture strong content.

Just as importantly, this person will help ensure the tour, and particularly the Airstream activation, feels intentional, organized and creatively consistent.

The Role

The Tour Producer will oversee the day-to-day content production operation before and throughout the tour.

You will be the central point of coordination on the road, turning the tour's creative and content priorities into an actionable daily production plan and making sure the right people, access, locations and moments are in place to execute it.

This role begins immediately with pre-tour planning, including a detailed review of every tour stop, the Airstream activation, local opportunities and production needs.

Once the tour begins, you will travel with the team and run the day-to-day execution on the road.

Responsibilities

Pre-Tour Planning & Production

Work with the team to understand the overall vision, objectives and narrative of the tour.

Review every tour stop and build a clear production plan for each city and campus.

Identify the moments, people, environments and interactions that should be captured at each stop.

Research and coordinate local entrepreneurs, creators, students, guests and other potential participants where relevant.

Flag access, scheduling, location and production needs in advance so the team is prepared before arriving.

Work with the videographer to understand what each location will require from a production standpoint.

Contribute ideas and on-the-ground perspective as tour content formats and concepts are refined.

Provide the information and local context needed to effectively promote and communicate each stop.

Identify campus-specific marketing opportunities and coordinate with each school to help drive awareness ahead of the stop.

Airstream Activation

The Airstream will be a major part of the tour and its social presence.

The Tour Producer will be responsible for making sure the Airstream experience is executed consistently and effectively at each campus, while helping the format evolve based on what is working on the ground.

This includes:

Understanding the creative vision and objectives for the Airstream.

Translating the agreed format into a clear plan for each campus.

Coordinating student participation, guests, activities and other elements required for the activation.

Planning how student interactions and other key moments can be captured efficiently.

Working with the videographer on location-specific camera, audio and production considerations.

Identifying opportunities for spontaneous moments without allowing the experience to become disorganized or directionless.

Helping maintain continuity so audiences begin to recognize and follow the Airstream as it travels from campus to campus.

Surfacing ideas for how the activation can improve as the tour progresses.

On Tour

Travel with the tour from October 8 - November 18, 2026.

Own the day-to-day on-the-ground content production plan.

Review schedules in advance and identify content opportunities, people and production needs before they happen.

Turn agreed content priorities into a clear daily capture plan for the videographer.

Coordinate Ronnen, the videographer, campus contacts, students, entrepreneurs, guests and other participants needed for planned content.

Keep the production moving as schedules, locations and opportunities change throughout the day.

Ensure planned footage is captured and properly handed off according to the established production workflow.

Collaborate on real-time opportunities, trends and ideas that emerge on the road.

Surface strong recurring moments or interactions that may be worth developing further as the tour progresses.

Ensure the team captures both planned content and the authentic, unexpected moments that make a tour compelling.

Keep the on-the-ground content operation organized and focused throughout a fast-moving tour.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has significant experience producing social-first content in touring, live, field or similarly complex production environments.

Understands how social content is captured and developed in real time.

Can think creatively while managing the details required to execute.

Has experience working directly with videographers, talent and other production contributors.

Understands cameras, audio and production workflows well enough to anticipate needs and communicate effectively with the crew.

Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously.

Can anticipate what will be needed rather than waiting to be told.

Has strong instincts for identifying people, interactions and moments worth capturing.

Is decisive, collaborative and calm under pressure.

Can maintain focus and organization when schedules and opportunities change quickly.

Is comfortable traveling extensively and working unconventional hours throughout the tour.

Is available to start immediately and travel for the full tour from October 8 through November 18.

Bonus Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

College or university activations

Experiential marketing

Mobile production environments

Book or media launches

Entrepreneurship or business-focused content

Compensation

Full project rate between $20,000-$30,000 depending on experience.

All approved tour travel, accommodations and per diem are provided.

To Apply

Please send your resume and a brief introduction outlining relevant experience.

Please also include examples of tours, live productions, campus activations or social content projects you have produced and, importantly, a brief description of your specific role and responsibilities on each.

This position is being filled immediately.
